Yesterday we had what seems like a rare encounter these days, rain!  With the current drought in California, I don' think this made any difference other than in bringing a little comfort to our lawns and I will have to say our souls. But it sure was nice to see!  I don't know about you but we hunkered down, made a big crock pot of chicken chili, watched movies and enjoyed the day looking forward to a little green the rain will bring to the Saddleback Mountains. Hope you got to enjoy the day too!

Portola Hills see's 40% increase in sales for March 2015

The first quarter of 2015 ended with a bang in Portola Hills.   The number of sales was up 40% from March 2014.   A total of 10 homes closed escrow in the area vs. 6 in 2014.   Currently there are 13 homes available on the market.
