Super Pet Adoption Event   June 4

Portola Hills Homeowners should be happy with these numbers!

 I just took a look at the market stats for the first month of 2024 and WOW, homes values increased double digits in January.   Take a look at my full report below!  Do you see that percentage home values increase in the first month of the year!  21%!! The average price of a single family home in January 2023 was $1,286,539 vs. today at $1,629,858.    In January 24 the highest price home sold for $1,939,000 and the lowest price home was $599,000. Can I use a Realtor to buy a New Home and should I?

Here in South Orange County, we have several new communities popping up.
