Market Update: Wow, things are a moving. Since my last report in mid-may, 12 homes have gone into escrow in Portola Hills. The current active inventory is 37 properties which is the lowest since 2006. The highest inventory is at the condo level, but condos priced competitively and with the right exposure are moving. Non-approved short sales are the downer of the market as they are sitting; many with offers just pending bank approvals. REO properties are moving the quickest as they are approved and ready to go.
