Below I posted a new listing and wanted to do a quick update. The home has gone into escrow and it just goes to show how much the market is changing . No doubt this was deal, just a couple of weeks before the same model closed escrow at $420k. But was is key here is when the home was placed on the market. After it was bank owned and approved.

Nice for the sellers, instant equity when in these days it is hard to come by!

Where are all the houses for Sale?

If you are thinking about a move, downsizing, relocating and have been searching for a home, you are probably thinking "where are all the homes for sale" isn't this time of year that we would see them?
